  • Membership is applied for in a similar way to other Private Members Clubs. You will need to be sponsored by two existing members who will sign your membership application. New membership applications are vetted by the Club Committee.

  • New members: £26.00

    Concessionary rate: £23.50

  • National membership doesn’t automatically grant you membership to the club. Even if you selected Edenbridge as your branch when joining online. You still need to join the club and pay a separate club membership fee.

  • The spouse or partner your resident with automatically has access to the club when you join. However, you will only receive one door access card. if you require your spouse/partner to have an access card we’d recommend you both join

  • If you select Edenbridge as your Branch when joining the RBL online, the Committee is notified of your affiliation to the Branch and we write to invite you to become a club member. Club membership is optional, there’s no obligation to join.

  • Membership of other RBL clubs, and being Serving Armed Forces enables you to visit us, we just need you to sign in at the bar.

  • You may bring guests into the venue but they will need to sign in at the bar. From time to time we have members only event’s which will be advertised in the bar and on this website.

  • Clubs are not part of the charity and The Royal British Legion has no say in how they are managed. However, clubs must be run in accordance with the law, and the registered rules of the club. They must also follow the conditions of the licence under which the club uses the name of 'The Royal British Legion' in its title.

  • The club is a private members social venue and the branch is the RBL charity’s representation in Edenbridge. All branches are run in the same manner regardless of type. Each branch maintains its own committee, funds and internal processes and activities consistent with overall Legion policies.
